Hello,
Welcome to the PTA pages on St Marks School Website. My name is Sue Robson and I'm the current chair of the PTA (Parent Teacher Association) here at St Marks.
Every parent or guadian with children at St Marks School is automatically a member of the PTA. We organise a variety of fun social and fundraising events throughout the year. Our aim is to raise money for the schools to pay for some of the vital extras which benefit our pupils, enrich the curriculum, and improve the school environment.

Easter Eggs and Easter Bonnets - 20th March 2008
For Easter the PTA are hoping that infants will make and decorate an Easter bonnet and the juniors should decorate an egg (hard boiled!). These should be done at home and brought in to school to be judged on Thursday 20 March. Prizes for the best ones!Don't forgot - check your calendar
The 2008 school calendars were distributed during the term. We hope that you're enjoying using them and will continue to enjoy them for the rest of the year! The children always enjoy being involved and our thanks go to them and to Seamus for all his hard work making and preparing the calendar.

Bring a Bag2School
The last fundraiser was the "Bag2School" event. We collected a lot of bags and a lot of clothes! We raised £153.00 - A big thank you to everyone who contributed.
