Book Week Celebrations
October 6th to October 12 was Children's Book Week. Here at St Marks it was celebrated in style with, a number of events including a fancy dress parade in the infants. The children were asked to come dressed as their favorite book character (and to bring the relevant book of course). It was a fantastic parade of some wonderful characters and a big thank you to everyone involved for making it such a great day.
It was a lovely way of bringing books to life, and the children really enjoyed themselves and if you look at some of the other photos you can see that all the teachers also joined in the fun!
