Once again Term 4 has been very busy at St Mark’s school. There has been sporting success on the football field, with St Marks at the top of the league. Plus many other sporting events like hockey and netball. In fact we've got so much sport we've been awarded the Active Mark for 2008.
There has also been singing, science, building and history plus a lot of laughter! You can find more below. The PTA organised a fantastic Fashion Show, and the spring Disco. Throughout, the children have been enthusiastic about the opportunities they have had.
Finally to celebrate Year 5's Victorian Day we've made a Victorian black and white website! If you want to see the colour versions just move your mouse pointer over the pictures.

Comic relief
March 13th was Comic Relief Day and, for a small donation, the children dressed in red clothes to mark the event.
The Science of Comic Relief
The school science fair fell on the same day as comic relief (which is why the children are all in red!). The children had a great time discovering that science can be fun as well as educational. Thank you to everyone involved in making the Sciece Fair so much fun for all the children.
The Great Fire of London has been captured in this 3D wall collage made by Year 2.
The "Horrible History" of Year 3!
On Friday 6th February Year 3 went to the Assembly Halls to see the Horrible History presentation of WWII which was supporting their History work. It was a fantastic production which was very well received. Many thanks to Mrs Sheppard for organising this.
